1. Place the unopened bath bag directly into the bathtub while the water is running. Occasionally, lightly squeeze the unopened bath bag to release the fragrant aromas and restorative properties of the ingredients contained within each bath bag. You should do this while bathing as well.

2. Once you begin to enjoy your bathing experience, we recommend you immerse yourself in the bath for at least 20-30 minutes to get the full effect of the bath bag. We recommend bathing in warm, not hot water. We encourage you to drink lots of water during your bathing experience to stay hydrated.

3. As you begin to bathe, set your intention, dim the lights, turn on a few candles, soft music (if desired), take deep cleansing breaths, and meditate on the things you most desire to manifest in your life.

4. Each bath bag is a single use bag and should be immediately discarded after each bathing experience.

5. We recommend that you use your bath bags as soon as possible since the ingredients in each bag are perishable.

6. Each bath bag should stay fresh up to 120 days from receipt of the product, if stored in a cool, dry place.

7. Please keep the bath bags out of the reach of children and pets. Children may want to eat the product since it smells yummy! Also, some of the ingredients may be attractive to our beloved pets but can be toxic, if ingested by your pets. Please stay vigilant to protect our little ones and pets.

8. Some bath bags turn the bath water different colors (like green, yellow, brown, etc.). This is normal! There are no dyes in any of the bath bags and the color is a result of the herbs, spices, and flowers infusing the bath water.

9. The bath bags are for external use only and are not meant for internal use or ingestion.
